Hubbard Woods Winnetka Real Estate for August 2024

I have seen some small changes in the North Shore real estate market. Particularly longer market times, fewer homes selling over the list price, and price reductions. BUT - not in Hubbard Woods! 

Only 2 new listings in September - both under contract. Three homes closed with 2 going over the list price. Inventory of homes for sale in Hubbard Woods dropped from 7 to 6.
