Emily Medvec good morning, Emily.... our market is still very short of inventory, so it's still a seller's market and homes sell quickly. We have       some 130 people a day moving to the region so there's a lot of demand for housing.

Hi Dorie Dillard Austin TX yes its been awhile. Land market is unique as without water abd water rights (unlike how you do things in TX) even vistas are challenged. Before covid wells typically cost between 20-30K, now they start at 60K...water inflation. What's happening in your market?
