Boise real estate market is a seller's market. Despite the low inventory of available homes and lower home sales, the prices remain steady.
Boise real estate sales (single family homes) were lower in September by 23 percent when compared to September 2022. Home prices were slightly higher - average sale price was higher by 2 percent. Prices and sales increased slightly on the month to month basis as well - see July report. Below you'll find property selling data in September '23 vs. September '22 for Boise as well as Ada County.
