Residential Real Estate For Sale in Addison, Texas

The total number of currently available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 25, down from 29 active listings last month. Twenty two are pre-owned and 3 are new construction at Addison Grove. Currently for sale, there are:

  • 13 single family homes (ranging in price from $464,000 to $5,850,000)

Eighteen of the 25 available homes have been on the market for longer than 30 days. Pre-owned homes: The median number of days on the market for the pre-owned homes that sold was 28 days, while the previous month the median was 17 days. The average number of days on the market was 52 days. The range in October for the previously owned home was 2 days to 212 days. The average price per square foot of all previously owned homes sold is $274.57, up from last month's $266.80.
