With AI and AI images being so popular and trendy these days, I thought wouldn't it be fun to see what AI thinks real estate agents look like from each of the 50 States.

The results were nothing short than hilarious with some States being far funnier and less serious than others. New Mexico kills me with the alien and the Open Galaxy side rider and then there is Las Vegas with the agent has me saying "Liberty Bibberty" from the Liberty Mutual commercials - LOL.

If you have a moment, go vote on your favorite, chime in on AR or Facebook, and let us know if AI missed or hit the mark and have a laugh at the AI generated nonsense as we know, the real estate industry could use a laugh right now.

Being AR doesn't have a photo gallery option, all the AI pictures have been uploaded to the Team's Facebook page for easy viewing.

I love them all. I am curious about what prompts you used to create each one. And, were you able to insert the text in the Dall-E program, or was that done in another program?

Used a lot of prompts and started with "Generate a image for what a real estate agent looks like that works in Washington State." Then had add additional prompts, like "make it fun", or "cartoony", "more serious", "add in diversity", "use a state's local icons" and much more. It was undertaking of time yet super fun.

Dall-e 3 is an option in the paid version of https://chat.openai.com and the text can be in the chat and then the user just turns on the Dall-E 3.

I've another AI image phone app called PhotoLeap to create digital facades for a person project called Digital House Mapping. It has many filters and custom promps can be added yet haven't used it for real estate per say. Here is a Christmas example of the AI generated image and then the image projected onto the house.
