I work for a builder in southern Utah County. More specifically, currently in the towns of Lehi (one home remaining), Mapleton, Salem and Spanish Fork.
We have started to build some homes on "spec". Meaning, we choose the models and the upgrade specifications based upon the more popular selections that buyers have been making in their "build from ground up" planning. So, instead of taking a year to go from purchase to move-in, we have some homes that are ready right now as well as a few that will be available in the coming weeks and months.
I have a list of the homes that are currently available for purchase. Typically we have a couple dozen, or so, to choose from. The "ready" date is an estimation based upon current building trends. This is a predicted date, but we are usually pretty close to our estimation date.
Be aware, price and availability is subject to change. Posts like these are not evergreen. Prices can go up or down and some of these homes may not be available by the time you read this.
Also, more importantly, we are adding new homes to these list every week or two. Just let me know if you have an interest.
