November's Gratitude on Veteran's Day 2023
As this Veteran's Day comes to a close, I want to sincerely thank the veterans of America. All the people who have made sacrifices, some the ultimate sacrifice. 
I am thankful for all of you especially my dad, my step dad, two of my brothers, my many clients and countless others who are the heros of our country. Your dedication and service should be honored today and always.
My dad was in the service when he and my mother got married. They began their life apart from one another. I think it must have been incredibly difficult for the both of them. He was so far away. I was not born until much later but he was always my hero.
My step dad was a part of the book " Victory Through Valor". It is a collection of World War 2 memories of the men and women who served our country. I had the distinct honor of attending one of the book signings. I met quite a few of the people who told stories in the book. Many, if not all, are gone now. I only hope that we never forget their bravery and the sacrifice they made.
