Manchester NH Real Estate Market REPORT Nov. 13, 2023. The biggest news from the week was the sharp reduction in interest rates. It gave a nice boost to market activity this week with a sharp rise in homes going under contract. Lets look at some trends then we can go over what they mean.

The amount of Homes under contract were up last week.
Listing Prices are down - but a lot of listings remain on the market over priced.
Average listed Single Family List price is down nearly $30,000 since July
Average Single Family Sale price down nearly $7,000 since July
Average Single Family Sale price up nearly $14,000 from 2022
There were 133 less Single Family homes sold this year 2023 from last year 2022
in Manchester

Average listed Condo List price is down nearly $24,000 since July
Average Condo Sale price is up $3,500 since July
There were 94 less Condos sold this year 2023 from last year 2022 in Manchester
