Birds Eye View 75 Mountain View Clark Fork Idaho

As with home photos for MLS and advertising, drone shots are not always what we expect.  'Drone' automatically brings forth images worthy of Magazine covers.  As seen below that just is not always the case.

While an impressive shot of recently listed home on Mountain View in Clark Fork Idaho it lacks in the grandeur that would be expected not only of a drone shot, but of the expansive open area surrounding the home and 10 acres.

An advantage at Sandpoint Realty is having in house drone capabilities with licensed pilot.  While taking the pics I realized the inversion layer probably was not going to make for the best scenic shots.  

Upon downloading this was confirmed.  Because of in house capabilities and our focus being client care, I was able to make a second trip to Mountain View Clark Fork and take advantage of a small window between storms.  I believe the pics speak for themselves.

Time of day makes all the difference in photos for listings. I will go back to a house a couple of times because of the sun's negative impact on a photo. You did the opposite.

A good photographer is necessary for drone photos before they are published on the MLS, they have to enhance the listing or they are worthless.
