Blessed

By
Real Estate Agent with Atlanta Communities 303302

This has been an interesting year. I have spoken to many agents that are suffering with no business. Some have left the practice and others have taken up "Real" jobs. Many come to me and ask for advice on how to get their business going again. I am always happy to talk, but I find so few listen.

For me, I have had my best year ever in the 18 years I have been in the business, by at least 30%. I have been blessed with terrific clients. So, when agents ask me for help they want to know what my silver bullet is. How am I able to generate business? The answer is really simple, treat all clients with respect, offer the best client service you can, and business will naturally come. It really is that simple.

So when I tell agents this, they seem disappointed that there is no sure fire quick to their issue. This disappoints me.

2024 is a new year and a perfect time to get back to the basics. Step away from hiding behind technology and get in front of people. Show them you care about helping and they will respond.

You are blessed because you do such a great job for others!  Respect in the business is earned, not given, and those who get into the business to make a quick buck usually don't survive for the long haul.
