This morning I saw several brand new townhomes located in DR Horton's Stonecrest community dropped in price on Canopy MLS.   

When searching MLS today I found 17 Active listings for the "Townes at Stonecrest" community with prices ranging from $340,190 to $376,944. All listings are 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath. They range in size from 1566 to 1774 square feet of heated living area.
