On November 7, 2023, Realtor.com reported that in Altadena, California median list price was $1,249,950 in October of 2023 down from $1,300,000 in September of 2023 but up 4.0% from $1,200,000 in October of 2022. While, median sales price for a home and a condo was $1,200,000 in October of 2023, rose 12.0% from October of 2022 in Altadena, California.

Houses stayed 48.00 days in the market in October of 2023 higher from 32.00 days in September of 2023, but decreased from 49.00 days in October of 2022 in Altadena, California.

The median listing price per square foot of a home and a condo was $726.00 in October of 2023 increased from $715.00 in September of 2023, but declined 2.0% from $741.00 in October of 2022 in Altadena, California.
