No. 3 - For Client's Sake | November Grateful Challenge
As a real estate agent that has been in the industry for quite a few years, I am most thankful for past clients. Those who have truly appreciated the service and the helpfulness that was provided to them, before, during and after the sale. They are a gift bestowed upon me through the years and here's why.
Communication.
Remaining in touch by sending out quarterly mailings, answering the phone and sending comparable market analysis when they are curious about the market is important to me. Thank goodness for loyal past and present clients who refer, because otherwise there’s no way that I'd remain in business.
Loyalty.
What does that really mean? Time and again in the past, I have questioned the definition and confidently believe that loyalty is a reciprocation of any relationship involving trust. Just recently, a past client referred my name to her cleaning lady and I will be meeting soon to potentially list her home.
Improvement.
After every transaction, I ask myself, what could have done better and it deserves an honest answer every single time. As a real estate agent or friend, you can’t find a more sincere person who honors and respects the relationship. Those who change directions, shifting away are meant to journey on without me.
