I’m here to spill the beans on a little gem that’s been fueling my health and taste buds — Bowls Superfoods in Provo, Utah! If you haven’t checked this place out yet, let me guide you through why it should be your next go-to spot for a delicious and nutritious bite.

I remember my first visit to Bowls Superfoods like it was yesterday. I was on one of my usual strolls around Provo, trying to find healthier choices (we’ve all been there, right?), and there it was, this cozy, inviting spot that promised goodness in a bowl!

The vibe in Bowls Superfoods is just what you need when you’re trying to eat right — it’s bright, it’s friendly, and it’s got this upbeat energy that’s contagious. The staff? They greet you like an old friend, and they’re all about helping you find the perfect bowl to satisfy your cravings and keep you feeling great.

Bowls Superfoods Location

Bowls Superfoods is located at 1161 N Canyon Road, Provo, Utah 84604.

This little restaurant is easy to miss. Tucked away in a corner, it’s the kind of place you could easily walk past without noticing.

Bowls Superfoods is located at an odd angle, in the corner of about 3 other restaurants. The location is not very convenient, and it is often hard to find a parking spot.

It is next to Fat Cats, so be careful not to park in their parking spots. Fat Cat has signage that states only their customers can park in those spots.

Bowls Superfoods may be in a corner location, but that doesn’t mean it’s less popular than other restaurants. In fact, many people come specifically to this spot for the great food.

Bowls Superfoods Opening Hours

Bowls Superfoods is open Monday-Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m., so you can stop by when you’re in the area. It is closed on Sundays.

It can get crowded during lunchtime, so it is best to avoid the rush if possible. Aim to go around 4:00 p.m. That’s what my son and I did, and it was a perfect time!

We were able to get our food and find a seat with no problem. Plus, we could enjoy the rest of our afternoon without feeling rushed.

Now, let’s dive into the menu, the real star of the show:

  • Açaí Bowls: These are a dream! Think of a thick, frosty base of blended açaí berries topped with granola, fresh fruit, and a drizzle of honey. It's like a dessert, but so much better for you.
  • Pitaya Bowls: A vibrant and exotic treat. The pitaya (or dragon fruit) base is a feast for the eyes and the taste buds, loaded with antioxidants and natural sweetness.
  • Smoothie Bowls: Creamy, dreamy, and totally customizable. You can pick from a range of bases and toppings to create your perfect bowl.

But it’s not just about what’s in the bowls; it’s about what’s not in them. We’re talking no artificial flavors, no added sugars, just pure, natural goodness. It’s the kind of food that leaves you feeling energized and ready to tackle your day.

And the best part? Bowls Superfoods keeps things fresh and exciting. They’re always experimenting with new ingredients and flavors. This November and December, they’re introducing some seasonal specials — think pumpkin spice açaí bowls and cranberry-topped pitaya bowls. It’s like they’re bringing the best of the holiday season to your healthy eats!

Here’s the quick bite on Bowls Superfoods:

  • Location: Nestled in the heart of Provo, easy to find, hard to forget.
  • Vibe: Bright, welcoming, and all about the good vibes.
  • Menu: Packed with açaí, pitaya, and smoothie bowls that are as tasty as they are healthy.
  • Seasonal Specials: Holiday-inspired bowls to keep your taste buds dancing.

My personal favorite? The Sunset bowl, I love the chia seed pudding. It’s like a hug in a bowl, seriously.

So, if you’re cruising around Provo and find yourself craving something that’s as good for your body as it is for your soul, swing by Bowls Superfoods. It’s a spot where health meets deliciousness, and where every bowl is a journey of flavor.

And hey, if you spot me there, lost in a bowl of açaí bliss, come say hi! I’m all about sharing the love for great food and great places in Provo. Keep following for more of my foodie finds and adventures around town. Let’s eat well and live well, one bowl at a time! 🍓🥣💚

Good morning Katerina. Must say I am not a healthy food eater but this place would be a must try if I lived closer. And, it might just convert me! Enjoy your day.

Wayne Martin I am sure Bowls would convert you. Tristan is the one who introduced me to Bowls! He is not exactly the natural organic kind of eater.
