A Sedona Thanksgiving Wish...
Every year, I hope and wish that our color does not peak before Thanksgiving. I especially hope that our Japanese maple makes it. We have been very fortunate that it has made it most years since we have lived in Sedona.
Here it is in all its glory, ready for Thanksgiving Day!
Here is a contrast of the color change in different years.
Here is another weather contrast...

I thought we would lose many branches and possibly the whole tree...
This Image was taken at noon, just 4.5 hours later.
Because we do not get freezing weather, most of our snow evaporates because of the low humidity.
Rick and I were very thankful there was no damage to our special tree.

Tristan helped me with the stuffing on Thanksgiving 2020.
I wish you all a very Happy Thanksgiving.
