Southern Utah Has Mild Winters. Sweatergawd!
While other parts of the country are experiencing polar vortexes, freezing rain and snowy conditions, southern Utah's weather is trending in the mid to high 50's daily. So happy to have made the move while never looking back. Sweatergawd!
This area still maintains a small town, friendly feel, though it has experienced an enormous amount of growth in the last two decades. Large events like the Huntsman World Senior Games, Ironman St. George and the St. George Marathon depend on high spirited, local volunteers to consistently ensure successful outcomes.

Several Utah state parks plus Zion National Park attract millions of people per year to experience some of the best outdoor activities in the nation. There are amazing hard-scapes at every turn, from white sandstone buffs, to red rock vistas and jutting cliffs.
