Los Angeles Metro Area, California Homes Sales & Values Report October 2023

On November 17, 2023, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported the homes values gained 0.6% to the price of $785,000 in October of 2023 from price of $780,000 in September of 2023, and increased 5.8% from price of $742,000 October of 2022 in Los Angeles Metro Area, California. While, the homes sales higher 2.4% in October of 2023 from September of 2023, but fell 7.6% from October of 2022 in Los Angeles Metro Area, California.

There were 2.9 months supplies of available inventory of homes in October of 2023, up from 2.8 months in September of 2023, but declined from 3.5 months in October of 2022 in Los Angeles Metro Area, California.

An average it took 23.0 days to sell a home in October 2023, grew from 21.0 days in September of 2023, but decreased from 30.0 days in October of 2022 in Los Angeles Metro Area, California.
