Studio City, California Real Estate Trends October 2023

On November 7, 2023, Realtor.com reported that in Studio City, California median list price was $1,795,000 in October of 2023 lower from $1,950,499 in September of 2023, but up 1.0% from $1,1772,500 in October of 2022. While, median sales price for a home and a condo was $1,600,000 in October of 2023, jumped 35.0% from October of 2022 in Studio City, California.

Houses stayed 46.00 days in the market in October of 2023 down from 47.00 days in September of 2023, but unchanged from 56.00 days in October of 2022 in Studio City, California.

The median listing price per square foot of a home and a condo was $825.00 in October of 2023 declined from $837.00 in September of 2023, but higher 3.0% from $800.00 in October of 2022 in Studio City, California.
