Riverside County, California Homes Sales & Values Report October 2023

On November 17, 2023, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported the homes values gained 3.5% to the price of $620,960 in October of 2023 from price of $600,000 in September of 2023, and increased 3.5% from price of $599,990 October of 2022 in Riverside County, California. While, the homes sales lower 3.5% in October of 2023 from September of 2023, and fell 11.0% from October of 2022 in Riverside County, California.

There were 3.4 months supplies of available inventory of homes in October of 2023, higher from 3.0 months in September of 2023, but declined from 3.9 months in October of 2022 in Riverside County, California.

An average it took 26.0 days to sell a home in October 2023, up from 25.0 days in September of 2023, but dropped from 33.0 days in October of 2022 in Riverside County, California.
