I remember our first visit to Robson Ranch so many months ago. It was spring 2023. The grass was beginning to grow. Skies were blue, The weather was warm and my client had her brother and his wife from out of Town accommodate us to look at homes for sale in Robson Ranch. It didn't take long for my Buyer to decide, I want to build, not own a pre-existing home. Nor did it take more than a few seconds for her brother and his wife who were visiting from Arizona to recognize Robson Ranch, a "A Robson Resort Community," because Robson Ranch is also located in Arizona!

We were just finishing up with the Builder for the final inspection when a lady suddenly appeared, bubbling with joy to introduce herself and invite her new neighbor to the neighborhood with an invitation to a Christmas Party where they are now sharing.
