Most Affordable Village in The Villages

Last week I got a call from a client and he said do you know the most affordable village in The Villages?  My answer was depending on what you are looking for in a home, you want close to certain things, do you consider the CDD Bond, you thinking updated home, I must have asked 10 questions to understand what he was looking for in a home.  His answer Village of Tall Trees, my response was really, and how did you come up with that, this guy lives 1,000 miles away.  I found it on the internet he answers, Google it so I did.

I found the site he was talking about and yep there it was Village of Tall Trees number one.  First Village of Tall Trees is a nice area of The Villages, close to recreation, shopping, dining, entertainment and many other things many home buyers consider when moving here.  But how did this website make that decision on why this is the most affordable?  Inquiring minds what to know, so I did a market analysis on the village and it turns out during the time frame they did their research the ratio of villas sold to designer homes there were more villas.

I called the client back with my information and he said I’m not looking for a villa and thanks for checking.  In this case, what was on the internet was true but needed to be researched a little more.

I often laugh when people have come to a conclusion based on their internet research, especially when there are reasons that homes are priced differently in different areas.
