I am your "Listening" agent.

Real Estate Agent with Atlanta Communities 303302

I once posted a social media post entitled Your Listening agent. My point was almost anyone can "List" a home for sale, but how many agents really listen to their seller and abide by their wishes?

For instance, does the seller want the listing agent to be present at all showings? What if the sellers have already moved on, will the agent be able to handle small tasks like letting in a contractor or repair person?

What if the seller has a "Latch Key kid"? You remember, a preteen who gets home from school before the parents. What if a showing agent wants to  come through during this time?

I have found that if you listen to the needs of your seller client and provide them solutions, they will be more comfortable and have a better selling experience.

Let me know if I can be your Listening agent this coming year.

PS: Image was from my trip to Banff this fall.

Hello Peter - good for you.  Listening is important in real estate.   Careful listening---even better.

Hi Peter, love this!  I cannot tell you the number of times a client told me their agent didn't listen to what they wanted. Sales of any kind involves the fine art of letting the client speak and express their needs.

Listening to clients will certainly make our lives much easier, especially when it comes to real estate transactions.

Good morning Peter. Those who listen tend to last and be successful. Those who merely listen fail to get the message. Enjoy your day.
