This is why it is necessary to do a visual inspection and have a professional inspection done on the property. As a buyer, if you cannot do a personal inspection with your realtor, then it is extremely important you have a trusted realtor who will research the property for the true facts. An agent is a loyal friend who will identify hidden problems you would not recognize. In addition, review the amenities that are available in the immediate area which are close to the property that you are considering, such as schools, and shopping centers, etc. Finally, you are probably not going to find the perfect home while browsing online but consider the experience an effective way to get started and an educational experience. This will give you an idea of what types of homes are available. After doing this research you are ready to start your physical search with a real estate agent. After you sign a contract on the property you wish to purchase, be sure to have a professional inspection.
