2019 Build Tuff Shed Work Shop

 

This workshop was erected on a large concrete slab. It can accommodate two additional cars, measures 30 feet by 36 feet, and includes a workbench and wall-to-wall shelving. The rafters are open to the roof, and ceiling panels are included for a more finished look.  The walls are R-13.  Also, there is an included riding mower and a sizable air-pressure tank.  

 

The electric panel accommodates 110, 120, and 220 amp panels.  Three additional breakers can be added. 

 

 Two RV Parking Areas

 

Two RVs can be parked in different locations on the property. Each has full hookups and a dump station.  The first position is next to the garage on the north side.  The second position has a smaller separate septic system located by the workshop.  

 

Covered Carports or Shelters

 

Two hardshell-covered carports or shelters are at the rear of the property. One is in the horse pen area, which can keep animals or equipment out of the weather.  The second carport sits on the concrete slab next to the workshop.

From Highway 260, turn onto S. Quarterhorse Lane.   Follow it to the property on the right.
