It has been a wonderfully busy day of appointments and a delightful celebration of a couple of birthdays with a dozen of my NAWBO friends.
Happy Birthday, Ann and Bonnie
I am thankful that during this evening of celebration, I received an offer on one of my favorite listings. And I am grateful to have everything so convenient; I reviewed the offer and sent it to my sellers for signatures. Since it was late, I will hopefully ratify it in the morning.
My office is not just a workplace; it's my Command Center where I am the most productive.
From this office, I have a view of the changing seasons, and I even get to wave to the mail carrier every day. Some days, I even have friendly deer who stop by to nibble on my bushes. (I did not have to leave my desk to snap this photo.)
The remote-controlled shade covering my wall of windows makes it easy to open in the morning and close at night, or anytime I want privacy.
My one-of-a-kind desk, the convenient vertical storage slots for each folder behind my office chair, and the ample workspace make this room perfect for my needs. As much as I love my real estate work, having this dedicated office is essential since it lets me work as long as I like and stay on top of my real estate game.
This is where I sit every Tuesday for our Zoom meetings and enjoy the learning, sharing, and caring members who join each week. I'm incredibly grateful for my Command Center; it has everything I need to keep up with my real estate game and a place to be effective.
Do you have a workspace that inspires you like mine does for me? Would you care to share?
But right now, I am most grateful for our three-hour time difference.
In Baltimore, it is already December, but in AR time, it is still November, which makes this just in time for the deadline for the Thankful contest.
Thank you, Debe Maxwell, CRS, for hosting the November Contest
