I often get asked “So what can you build on this lot?” or statements like “This lot is not buildable.”
I smile and just shake my head and take the trouble of advising the potential buyer or the potential buyer’s agent to reach out to a savvy hillside architect and they will help and will be pleasantly surprised at the answer they get.

Now if you are wondering the lots are from Malibu to the Hollywood Hills, one is more difficult than the other but all buildable and have potential upside.
