St. George, Utah, nestled in the lower southwestern tip of the state, in the high desert, boasts an impressive amount of sunshiney days annually. This translates to approximately 9 months of apricity, offering outdoorsy play in the warmth of the sun for a significant portion of every year.
While the area continues to grow, the small town appeal remains, thanks to local residents. Southern Utah is an area where you will get to know your neighbors, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved in the community, and there is a strong spirit of volunteerism and togetherness.

St. George's mild winter weather is a good selling point as well. From November to February, relatively low rainfall and the average daily high temperature is below 60°, some days as low as 35°, dependent on northern air streams. Dry, very little humidity and sunny skies dominate the forecast, snowfall is rare.
