For those who have been following the projects I have been working on, I wanted to provide the latest update. On Wednesday, we went before the planning and zoning commission to request a variance for height. We were granted the variance by a unanimous decision!!! Now the real work begins as we start refining our site plan for approval. It's pretty exciting!!!
