On November 30, 2023, Realtor.com reported the fallowing nationwide median weekly housing trends for the week ending November 25, 2023.

Total available listings gained 1.8% for the week ending November 25, 2023, from the same period of time in November of 2022.

Time on the market declined 2 days for the week ending November 25, 2023, from the same period of time in November of 2022.

Median listing prices increased 1.2% for the week ending November 25, 2023, from the same period of time in November of 2022.

New listing in the market higher 8.9% for the week ending November 25, 2023, from the same period of time in November of 2022.
