Houses stayed 45.00 days in the market in November of 2023 gained from 39.00 days in October of 2023, but declined from 54.00 days in November of 2022 in Glendale, California.

The median listing price per square foot of a home and a condo was $667.00 in November of 2023 higher from $663.00 in October of 2023, and up 0.0% from $666.00 in November of 2022 in Glendale, California.
