I listed this property a couple of weeks ago and it closed this week. I had never listed this kind of acreage before and I didn't really know what to expect but I knew there would be some interest.
What I did not expect was that my phone would be blowing the heck up with showing request. There was a great deal of interest in this property all the way up to the day before closing.
This was particularly special to me because I have been serving this family for years through the purchase and sale of several homes. So, when they reached out to me, I was once again honored to serve.
For reasons that I won't state, it was first listed as an EXP Realty Company listing only which means it was not visible to the public and there was no interest using this method. However, once the sellers allowed me to change it to an MLS listing, it was game on. The seller received multiple cash and financed offers. Needless to say, the King won. We closed exactly 2 weeks from the date of the offer for cash, of course.

The co-op agent was a pleasure to work with. Her buyers were very happy and of course so were my sellers.
