Altadena, California Real Estate Trends November 2023

On December 11, 2023, Realtor.com reported that in Altadena, California median list price was $1,209,500 in November of 2023 down from $1,249,550 in October of 2023 but up 1.0% from $1,199,000 in November of 2022. While, median sales price for a home and a condo was $1,300,000 in November of 2023, higher 1.0% from November of 2022 in Altadena, California.

Houses stayed 54.00 days in the market in November of 2023 increased from 48.00 days in October of 2023, and jumped from 46.00 days in November of 2022 in Altadena, California.

The median listing price per square foot of a home and a condo was $748.00 in November of 2023 gained from $726.00 in October of 2023, and rose 4.0% from $767.00 in November of 2022 in Altadena, California.
