The Seasons at Seaford Long Island is a Community for those 62 and over. This Nassau County community consists of attached residences with upper or lower-level units, surrounded by Spring Drive. The residences are approximately 1,300 sq ft and have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The lower levels have a basement, and the upper levels have a loft. There is central air conditioning and gas heat. There is ample parking, but no garages.

This community offers a clubhouse, heated pool, gym, card room, and social get-together.

The Season's Complex for 62+ only is different and certainly caters to an older crowd with maybe less mobility.

I often think that the more available amenities help raise the value of those condos.  Many people 62+ want to live in a place where there is a lot to do. Your expertise will help sellers and buyers understand that value.

Well, this is the first time I heard of 62 or oldeer condos. What a great idea! In the 55+ community where I sold a property last, they lowered it to 45+.
