Diablo Foothill Regional Park Trailhead Walnut Creek CA

By
Home Stager with Feng Shui Manhattan Long Island #888

On a Saturday afternoon, we enjoyed a lovely hike along the Castle Rock Trail in the Diablo Foothills Regional Park in Walnut Creek, CA. Entrance into the park is free and you have miles and miles of fantastic trails to explore. For how who wish to stay more local, you can play and picnic in the East Bay Regional Recreational Park, which is within walking distance of the trailhead parking.

If looking for a wonderful place to take the family (including fur babies) or just enjoy by yourself, this is a wonderful location to check out.

Hello Laura - finding free activities in communities is a part of being involved in what is happening around you. It is certainly important for a real estate professional or any participant in everyday life.

That looks like a wonderful place to hike, and there's lots of parking also. I'd have checked it out if I had been there!

Hey! I live here during December and when I have enough clients to sustain living out West for different months at a time :) So this happens to be one of those months. And in mid January I'll be heading back to NY to live and work with clients till I'm called out West again.

Call a Marana neighbor, I'm THERE!

What a lovely area!  My brother in law lives near San Francisco and is always sharing his hikes.  California certainly beckons with it's rural areas - the crowded areas, not so much for me.  Thank you for your post Laura Cerrano

That looks like a great place to spend a little outdoor time. It is a bit of a drive from where I live but looks worth making the drive and making the hike.
