Having decided to become active in doing BPOs and the listing side (eventually? Soon? Heh heh) of REOs - I visited AR today and found a thread on the subject, started by Jared, that had continued for months. The helpful comments and URLs got me started. AR is a tremendous resource! Yeah, it is a great source and should be so as long as everyone continues to give great information on how to be better. Good luck on those BPO's and REO's. Lots of competition out there right now for those.
