Key take-aways about the Fort Mill SC (29715 and 29708 zip codes) November 2023 housing market include:

  • Sales held steady from October 2023, but declined compared with November one year ago.

  • New listings declined for an ninth consecutive month. November 2023 saw the lowest level of new listings since February 2023.

  • Housing inventory declined month-over-month and year-over-year. The 3.54 months of inventory was slightly lower compared with the prior month and is still keeping Fort Mill in "seller territory."

  • Days on market increased to 31 days in November. DOM were higher than in October, but flat compared with November 2022.

  • List to sale price ratio was 99.2% providing minimal room for home buyers to negotiate on price. The list to sale price ratio was essentially flat compared with the most recent two months and year-over-year.

  • Average and median home sale prices declined slightly month-over-month and year-over-year.
