Stowe, Vermont area condo sales somewhat followed the State of Vermont trends.
Stowe's number of sales were down by 18% and the inventory was also down by 9%. The median sale price was up 31% and the average sale price was also up by 37%. Most of the inventory is priced over $600k.
Waterbury, Vermont did have more sales but only average 1 unit available.
Morristown, Vermont increased in units sold. The median sale price increased by 11% and the average sale price increased by 5%. The average inventory was 0.
