On January 9, 2024, Realtor.com reported that in Sun Valley, California median list price was $866,444 in December of 2023 higher from $809,999 in November of 2023 and rose  11.0% from $789,900 in December of 2022. While, median sales price for a home and a condo was $722,000 in December of 2023, up 6.0% from December of 2022 in Sun Valley, California.

Houses stayed 69.00 days in the market in December of 2023 jumped from 49.00 days in November of 2023, but fell from 75.00 days in December of 2022 in Sun Valley, California.

The median listing price per square foot of a home and a condo was $593.00 in December of 2023 increased from $573.00 in November of 2023, and gained 9.0% from $539.00 in December of 2022 in Sun Valley, California.

The numbers certainly look good for Sun Valley.  It always shocks me to see prices that are double what they are in my area though, haha.
