Inland Empire, California Homes Sales & Values Report December Of 2023

On January 17, 2024, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported the homes values up 0.4% to the price of $570,000 in December of 2023 from price of $567,500 in November of 2023, and gained 6.5% from price of $535,000 in December of 2022 in Inland Empire, California. While, homes sales increased 8.0% in December of 2023 from November of 2023, and higher 1.3% from in in December of 2022 in Inland Empire, California.

There were 3.3 months supplies of available inventory of homes in December of 2023, down from 3.9 months in November of 2023, and from 3.7 months in December of 2022 in Inland Empire, California.

An average it took 34.0 days to sell home in December 2023, higher from 28.0 days in November of 2023, but dropped from 41.0 days in December of 2022 in Inland Empire, California.

The Inland Empire seems to be one of the more affordable areas yet still not affordable for me until I find that money that Endre Barath, Jr. thinks I have, haha.

Hello Endre Barath, Jr. glad to know Brian England is a big time developer in Arizona, building communities that are not even existing. I agree, nice to see a humble rich guy acting like he does. I trust humble people more than showing off as rich person. When I see any person brag to be rich and originally from wealth noble families, I disassociate myself from that person. Generally, a rich person don't claim to be wealthy. Thanks for the comment.
