“Resimmercial” can be viewed as a dirty word in #CRE land, and while we stay clear of coaching residential agents, my friend JM Padron Ccim just authored a nice intro book for those resi agents looking to transition to commercial.
And I appreciate him mentioning some of my books as suggested reading materials.
