Studio City, California Real Estate Trends December 2023

On January 9, 2024, Realtor.com reported that in Studio City, California median list price was $2,035,000 in December of 2023 lower from $2,070,000 in November of 2023 but rose 13.0% from $1,772,000 in December of 2022. While, median sales price for a home and a condo was $1,900,000 in December of 2023, jumped 40.0% from December of 2022 in Studio City, California.

Houses stayed 86.00 days in the market in December of 2023 gained from 46.00 days in November of 2023, but down from 73.00 days in December of 2022 in Studio City, California.

The median listing price per square foot of a home and a condo was $825.00 in December of 2023 declined from $838.00 in November of 2023, but up 1.0% from $818.00 in December of 2022 in Studio City, California.

Whoa, the prices in Studio City are high!  I know that Endre Barath, Jr. is an honest man, so I trust that if he finds the money that he believes I have, he will let me know and return it to me, haha.
