It's been 5 years since owners got the keys to their new condos at Ae'o in Kakaako. What's happened to prices since?

David, I would have thought the costs of these condos would have skyrocketed. Ours sure have over the last 4 years.

Condos on Oahu haven't done as well due to the following:
1. Our GOVT lockdowns during COVIID
2. Less inbound buyers from Asia due to both COVID and exchange rate.
Like I said in my recap, it's not a bad time to buy as you can get in less than developer pricing 5 years ago
