Slow day...

It was a slow day today.  Figuring all my clients were recovering from the long weekend.  I was finishing up my onslaught of bpos from last week.

Does anyone experience that agents call you all the time and say they will be submitting offers but never do??  I have had about seven do that in the last week.  I understand them contacting me to get more info but why say you are sending an offer then not?

I always hear complaints that REO agents that never return calls.  But I think this happens across the board.  I had one offer on a property.  It was $30K under asking price and on the market for a week.  My client countered back raising the offer $10K.  I followed up with the agent and he said he would be meeting his client that nite and would get back to me.  Never heard from him again.  Contacted him yesterday to follow up and he never responded...

Seems that several of my clients are taling longer to bring properties to market.  I have five properties waiting to list.  I submitted all my paperwork over gour weeks ago and they still aren't listed.  Wonder if companies are just getting swamped.  I heard many times things would be getting worse in the summer time...
