The Seasons at Seaford Long Island is a Community for those 62 and over. This Nassau County community consists of attached residences with upper or lower-level units, surrounded by Spring Drive. The residences are approximately 1,300 sq ft and have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The lower levels have a basement, and the upper levels have a loft. Central air conditioning and gas heat can be found here. There is ample parking, but no garages.

This community offers a clubhouse, heated pool, gym, card room, and social get-together.

Good morning Larry and Sheila. As one who has owned a home with a garage all my life, no garage would be a turnoff. That said a lower level unit with a basement could be a big draw. Enjoy your day.

I don't think I've heard of a community with 62 and over. I guess I've always thought it was 55 and over. It sounds like The Seasons at Seaford, Long Island has a lot to offer! Sellers and Buyers need to call you for representation!
