How to Make a Vision Board Using Canva…for Free!!!
Wanda and I hope you’ll participate in this month’s challenge…creating a vision or dream board to help inspire you.
There are plenty of tools and apps you can use that are free and easy to use. Upon Wanda’s suggestion, I tried Canva’s Free Vision Board Maker.
Warning…I do not have Craig Daniels’ skills at tutorials so I found a short video from YouTube that provides much more information.
~When you launch the Vision Board, you can choose a template. On your left will be your tools…**Note-the templates or tools with little crowns are for paid subscribers.
Design- where you can choose various elements of the kind of design you want.
Elements-includes shapes, graphics, stickers etc that can be dropped and dragged onto your board. I typed in paper clip in the search bar and found clips as well as the one shown.
Text- you can choose text as well as add a text box.
Uploads- use photos you’ve taken or ones you’ve chosen from sites such as Pexel.
I haven’t tried this but it looks like you can record a video or audio to upload.
Draw- If you’re creative or adventurous, you can draw a graphic or message to insert.
Now, scroll down to…
Magic Media!-Can’t find what you want? You can add prompts (can you say AI?) and it will generate a photo for you!
There’s lots to play around with if you have the time or want to. You can make it as simple as you’d like.
You can save it to your laptop, print it so you can view it at your desk, or upload it to a device. Set it as your lock screen or screen saver if you want!!!
I’m still playing around with it but if you want to enter this month’s challenge and need help, contact me and let’s see what we can come up with.
