Good Friday Morning All,
I rarely guarantee 100% on almost anything because almost anything can happen!
However, I am extremely confident in saying that there are others on AR...and Beyond...that hate Laptops like I do. I guarantee it!!
I just spent a half hour looking for a specific item that I absolutely know is on my HP laptop but now I cannot find...AAAARRRRGGGG!!
Part of that time is because the laptop decided to update. Not sure what it updated but I am confident it was something that microcrap (sp) decided was necessary.
I get it....updates are needed...pirates are everywhere...and it is a constant battle.
My major pain in the rear is that I can have files on both my main tower and my laptop open at the same time and they will look different...and open different...and on and on.
Even my email looks different on the laptop and looks even more different on my phone.
I am being forced into being a "techie" whether I want to be or not.
I believe in some long ago blog I mentioned that I used to have some sports cars (American) and could tear down the engine and put back together without any instructions. I still can...yet I can't remember a new password to save my life!
It was easier rebuilding an engine than trying to keep up with the computer changes, passwords, and updates. Why I would need to tear down the engines were usually a result of self-inflicted mortal wounds to the engine caused by a heavy right foot. Why I need to remember 90+/- passwords is insane.
So here we are...back at my favorite coffee shop Kitt's in Kearney, NE after a busy week of real estate...and I am actually in a pretty good mood.
We had a great week with a couple of major closings and 3 new listings...so if it seems like I am complaining...I prefer the word "fretting" or maybe "grumbling".
Definitely not a happy camper but I have other larger, yet minor, worries than this annoyance to let it slow me down.
So I will wish each of you a happy less fretful weekend and may your 2024 electronic communication devices treat you well!!
Until Next Time...Smile in the face of Adversity...and then turn away and cuss all you want!!
