Hello Thomas - Chicken Little and other culprits of chaos live among us.  They seem to congregate in the land of conspiracy and confusion when opportunity seems like an egg.  Ready to break? Or something else.   

Whatever, they are attempt to stir up, there will be those who believe them.  Meanwhile, there will be others who continue to buy and sell real estate.  Tire-kickers and naysayers are constants in this industry and, I believe, on this planet.

Much ado about nothing. As long as the inventory levels are low, the slight decline in values is nothing as the houses on market will just get more action.
