I was surprised too.  I know one of the resales bounced in and out of  escrow.   I think the new builders stalled because people wanted to see them closer to built before buying.  Just a weird little market glitch.   I'm going to do the neighborhood adjoining and see if it's similar.   I live in the neighborhood across the street and things aren't hoping but certaining moving along in a more normal pattern.  It's a lovely area.
