Hard to believe that January is over and we are already on the 5th day of February, 2024! Inventory in single family homes is slowly increasing with the following stats as of the Week of February 5, 2024:
There are 31 active listings, of which 5 are brand new listings (7 days or less), 5 have price changes (new construction) and the remaining 19 are active listings. These are all single family detached homes.
There are 61 listings under contract. Three pending listings and two listings have already closed in February.
There are 12 listings in the private broker only category that will eventually go to the public site if they are not sold before.
How many homes were sold in January, 2024 in the single family detached category?? There was a total of 19 homes sold in January, 2024. They ranged in price from $315K for a 2 Bedroom 2 bath home in the downtown area to a $654,313 listing with 4 Bedrooms and 2.5 baths that is to be built new construction.
