Friday Flags, A Charleston SC Beauty

As we are stealing time away from CT, I still keep my eyes open for a flag opportunity. 

This big boy was on the marina at the Ashley River and stood in front of California Dreamin' restaurant.

It was a brisk evening and the facade of the restaurant with the flag made for a stunning photo as well as the personable model waiting for me to hurry up.

I moved a bit to get another shot and then went in for a most delicious and memorable meal.

We enjoy the town, and it has so much history. It will be hard to decide, just what to see as we are only here for one additional day.

Ft Sumter is one possibility as well as the museum aboard the Carrier Yorktown or even some of the antebellum plantations.

Ed I have been to Charleston a couple of times.  The last time I was there I stayed at the Francis Marion Hotel on King Street, and they have the BEST coffee I have had.

I traveled to Charleston in 2014.  I was there on International Talk Like a Pirate Day (September 19th).  I visited the Pirate Museum.  Charleston is a beautiful city.
